Whiteout Survival Hero Tier List

Introduction

This tier list ranks heroes not just by generation or raw stats, but by their true overall performance and long-term value. We've considered:

1. Longevity in Bear Hunt (rally caller/joiner): Which heroes stay relevant from Gen 1 through Gen 10+?
2. Burst damage and control in PvP, Arena, and SVS.
3. Utility in Exploration/Expedition: Debuff cleanse, buffs, tanking, etc.
4. Skill uniqueness and scaling: New heroes have higher base stats, but older ones often endure across generations thanks to unique mechanics (AoE, damage reduction, DoT, etc.).

Key Criteria

1. Skill strength and adaptability across modes.
2. F2P accessibility.
3. Long-term viability: How many generations can they carry?

Whales can (and do) max every hero. F2P players need to be selective. The heroes listed are representative examples—use as reference only. Everyone has their own playstyle and preferences. That said, one undeniable truth: the newest generation is always stronger than the previous one.
